Life After LTE-What’s Next?
GRAND BALLROOM

In working with dealer/integrator clients over the past few years, there has been laser focus on LTE upgrades, getting through the pandemic, hiring and retention of key employees.   However, many integrators have been so totally focused on getting through the LTE push and the pandemic, that they have lost sight of “what’s next”?  The LTE Sunset was imposed by others and the industry was reactive for the right reasons. It is time for dealers and integrators to be proactive and set their own course.  This presentation will address what great companies are doing to take control of their destiny, plan for their future and outmaneuver their competition.  I’ll be using real world analytics, highlighting specific areas of a dealers/integrators business where small changes can yield big rewards. The presentation will specifically feature technology, trends, and actions that owners and managers can implement immediately.

Friday, December 3rd 2021

Please join us Friday, December 3, for the CAA Tribute Reception to honor the 2021 George A. Weinstock recipient Mike Salk, of Reed Brothers Security, for a lifetime of achievement and service to the industry and our associations. In 1981, at the age of 23, Mike started his own business, Central Security, and in 1990 merged with another security business, Reed Brothers Security. Mike has been active in local and state associations including President of the East Bay Alarm Association and currently President of the CAA. He has provided leadership in government affairs and is providing leadership to many ordinance issues with local jurisdictions. We congratulate Mike on a career well served to the advancement of the electronic security industry. The funds raised through the CAA Tribute provide necessary funding to the CAA outreach programs.
