The Silicon Valley Alarm Association presented a check for $1,000 to their 2023 Youth Scholarship recipient, Matthew Wallace. SVAA Chapter President Ben Martinez of Grand Central Station made the presentation to Matthew along with his grandparents. Matthew’s father, Darren Wallace, is a Battalion Chief for the San Jose Fire Department. Matthew graduated from University Preparatory Academy in San Jose, CA in the spring and will follow his extraordinary passion for aviation by attending University of Embry Rittle Aeronautical University in the fall.
