2025 CAA GEORGE A. WEINSTOCK AWARD NOMINATIONS

The purpose of the George A. Weinstock Lifetime Achievement Award is to recognize an individual for his/her exceptional contributions to the California Alarm Association (CAA), and the electronic security and fire/life safety industry. This award is the most prestigious and highest honor bestowed on an individual recognizing his/her outstanding efforts, time commitment and support for the good of the CAA, its members, and the industry. The following criteria should be considered:

1. Participation in CAA’s meetings, events, seminars, and trade shows.

2. Participation in other chapters’ meetings, events, seminars, and trade shows.

3. Participation in ancillary electronic security industry and fire/life safety meetings, events, seminars, and trade shows.

4. Significant contribution to the establishment and ongoing efforts of a new CAA local association.

5. Active participation in the recruitment of new members.

6. Continuous and consistent service in the electronic security and fire/life safety industry over a long span of time.

7. Significant contribution for the advancement of the electronic security and fire/life safety industry.

8. Significant contribution to civic and charitable activities outside of the industry.

9. Significant recognition of accomplishments by other organizations.

10. Willingness to share knowledge to mentor others in the industry.

11. Maintains a high level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.

Please submit your nominee for the 2025 award based on a lifetime of achievement and service to the industry no later than February 22nd, 2025.
