It’s Winter Convention Season!
The end of 2022 is approaching rapidly - such a busy time of year! Halloween seems to be the start of the transition into winter. It is followed by Thanksgiving, then CAA Winter Convention (our favorite time of the year), Hanukkah, Christmas, and a gentle slide into the New Year, at the speed of light! Buckle-up! Here we go….

Fall is Here! President’s Message: September 2022
Here we are in September heading quickly to the start of Q4. Schools are back in session with in-person classes, most businesses are working steadfastly to get back on their feet, and traffic is near pre-pandemic levels. We have all been changed by this virus and I hope all of you are focusing on a brighter future.

Tim Westphal and I met the EBAA Scholarship recipient Jillian Ferreira, her father Sgt. Mark Ferreira (Vacaville PD) and her mother Lori at the Vacaville PD Friday to congratulate them and deliver her check. They were very appreciative of the contribution to her college education. It is a wonderful experience to meet these high level achievers and recognize their efforts!! SMILES FROM EAR TO EAR!! A big “THANK YOU” to the Scholarship Committee and judges who make this dream a reality!!
